Manages assigned product portfolio and generate new sales to achieve revenue, target and budget.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of product management experience.
Conversant in English.
A good sales track record of computer networks and internet security will be an advantage.
At least 3 years sales working experience in security products.
Knowledgeable in IT security / network technology
Experience working in distributor environment.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Implement key time-management skills in high demand settings

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all Engineering activities for Cyber Security products (Such as SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DLP, NDR, etc..) * more product skill will be given preference.
Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project.
Provide technical solution initiative, PoC, implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation.
Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job.
Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry providing endpoint/desktop/server operation support and administration.
Equip with knowledge & experience on AWS or Cloud Based Solution.
Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology, Firewall , IPS and other network security solutions.

Job Description:
To provide pre-sales technical consultancy to clients by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio.

Primary Function

To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
To advise on technical and commercial considerations for pre-sales consultancy and project tenders
To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
Support sales efforts with in-depth product and overall solutioning knowledge
To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s technology partners’ products and service offerings and methodologies
To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients and technology partners to the company’s benefit

Secondary Function

Job Requirement

Job Description

Primary Functions:

To provide implementation service including managing customers and meeting project timeline to sign off
Develop working proficiency on products and technologies through self-directed and formal training
To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners
To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s requirement
To be able to carry out installation and configuration through self-reading on manuals and/or setting up simulated environment, without prior formal product training
To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes
After sales support such as product incident escalation and technical support (24x7 SLA)

Secondary Functions:

Ability to qualify requests for POC
Set POC objectives with customer based on:
Target Loan Duration – maximum 3 weeks
To drive POC for expected closure within the following month
Primarily responsible for solving technical business needs of partners and/or end users by providing pre-sales support (presentations, demos, proof of concepts(POC), proposal writing, compliance table and product briefings)
Provide updates and training to partners from time to time

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Engineering or equivalent discipline
Possess good technical and hand-on knowledge in any Security and Network solutions
Broad understanding knowledge on virtualization, cloud services, database, and applications is an (added advantage)
At least 2 years of IT network / security experience
Possess proactive and positive working attitude
Flexible working timing/location, but it may require odd working hours due to projects requirement. (Not a 9-6 job) Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public Holidays, from time to time, would be expected.
Keen in cybersecurity domain and passion to learn and grow.
